Our negotiable success fee is as following: we are entitled to up to 20% of gross revenue for high-marginal businesses such as SaaS or to 20% of gross margin for low-marginal businesses such as hardware distribution.

General Terms and Conditions
Program background: Applicants who have completed FI Core Accelerator or similar grade programs have preference.
Product & traction: Applicant should have completed proof of concept, have at least an MVP (versions 1.0+ deployed have preference) and generate 10K+ MRR.
Fundraising stage: Applicant should be at an advanced stage of a (pre)seed funding round; teams that have completed 50%+ of the fundraising have preference.
Equity mechanics: The program is entitled to a warrant for 1% of applicant shares, executable at the next priced round.
