Our task is networking – we connect you with your TA, securing warm leads.

Our negotiable success fee is as following: we are entitled to up to 20% of gross revenue for high-marginal businesses such as SaaS or to 20% of gross margin for low-marginal businesses such as hardware distribution.

Scaling brings complexity which you may never faced before. One can directly manage up to seven people – what to do when there are 8 of them? 15? 50? 100? And there is hardly a time for learning before doing.

Mentoring and Coaching

We are happy to help: our founder is IMA- and EMCC-credentialed mentor, and a member of both AC and ICF. We have direct access to the best mentors and coaches to assist you with navigating growth-related complexities.

Working with the founders and/or the Board, we diagnose the current state of affairs in the business and design the developmental plan for the team.

The fee for the service is time-based and starts from 250 EUR per hour per person.

We help you raise your investment round complemented by available non-dilutive funding. We can either lead the round ourselves or secure a lead investor.

We work with you on calculating your real current funding needs, design a funding mix, identifying potentially interested investors and non-dilutive programs.

Then we co-create storytelling and persuasion.

Program background: Applicants who have completed FI Core Accelerator or similar grade programs have preference.

Product & traction: Applicant should have completed proof
of concept, have at least an MVP (versions 1.0+ deployed have preference) and generate 10K+ MRR.

Fundraising stage: Applicant should be at an advanced stage of a (pre)seed funding round; teams that have completed
50%+ of the fundraising have preference.

Equity mechanics: The program is entitled to a warrant for 1% of applicant shares, executable at the next priced round.
